Currant sauce previously prepared solely for sweet pancakes, as well as for presentations of many cheese desserts. But now the culinary craftsmen went on.Absolutely no fear, they add blackcurrant sauce to the meat, and only benefit from this. Besides, the recipe is so simple that even beginners understand the cuisine.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of black currant
  • 1/2 hot pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • a handful of basil leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar

Cooking:

Peppers cleaned of seeds, chop in a blender along with the garlic, currants and basil. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and coriander. Stir to try and straighten out on your taste — adding sugar, salt or vinegar. Let stand in the cold for at least 12 hours.

Chicken roll with dried apricots and omelette with this sauce will taste even better.
