Almond & Cognac Truffle

Almond & Cognac Truffle prepared at home, will become not only an excellentdessert, but and original gift for your friends and loved ones.

 

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of dark chocolate (76%)
  • 115 g almond flour
  • 160g condensed milk (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons brandy (can be any other liquor to your taste)
  • cocoa

Cooking:

Melt chocolate in a water bath. A little cool. Add the melted chocolate condensed milk, almond flour and brandy. Mix all ingredients until smooth consistency.

From the resulting mass shape truffles. Cocoa and roll in for 30 minutes, cool in a refrigerator. You can bring to the table. If the mixture is thick enough to form candies, remove it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator and then later roll truffles.
