Ingredients:

  • Avocado (500 g) — 3 piece
  • milk — 375 ml
  • fatty cream — 375 ml
  • brown sugar — 170 g
  • egg yolks — 5 pieces
  • Lime — 1 piece

Cooking:

Milk and cream, pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Beat egg yolks with sugar, blender, beater, whisk, then reduce speed and, still whisking, pour a thin stream of hot milk and cream.
