Baked Camembert is a really excellent hot appetizer, prepared simply, fast andsuitable for both ordinary dinner and as original dishes to the sudden arrival of guests.

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • weight 200 g Camembert circle (also Bree amiss and any other similar cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon Cognac or brandy
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried chili powder (optional)

 

Cooking:

Free cheese from the wrapper and return it to the box, or put in a baking dish,suitable in size. Mix Cognac or brandy with honey and ground Chile, fork make on the surface of the cheese a few punctures and pour it the resulting mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 390 F and servewith toast, sweet fruit, nuts and honey. Cheese turns out wonderfulwith golden crust and soft, melted middle — and fits perfectly as hot snacks to beverages of any fortress.
