I wanted to modify the normal recipe scrambled eggs, keeping it simple. Runny yolk and creamy white baked eggs, in that you can dunk your morning toast. Aren’t youdreaming?



  • 2 eggs
  • 45 g of spinach
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • grated cheese to taste
  • 45 mL cream
  • 45 g canned sweet peppers
  • pinch of tarragon and chili flakes chile



Supplements can be so varied, as far as the contents of your fridge. Meat, fish,vegetables, legumes, herbs their number infinitely. We settled on a simple combination of sweet peppers and spinach.

Rinse spinach leaves, sauté them in a pan with a little oil and with crushed garlic. Less than a minute leaves will wither finish.

Cut pickled peppers. You can replace it and fresh, previously having fried before adding it to the dish.

Prepare any suitable form for baking, grease it with oil. You can bake a couple of eggs at once in a ceramic form more like ours or drive to one egg in individual forms for bake.

At the bottom of the form, place the vegetables. Gently tap a couple of eggs on top, trying to leave yolk whole. Pour in 45 mL heavy cream and sprinkle with all the cheese. Add salt, dried tarragon and chili flakes. Depending on the desired degree of willingness of the yolk, egg size and the form, baking time can vary from 15 to 25 minutes at 375 F.

Until the eggs are cooked, you can do toasts with cheese. Put a couple of thick slices of cheese between two slices of bread and send everything fried on the grill. The finished toast cut in half lengthwise.

After baking, the protein will seize on the edges and in the Center remains creamy and mixes with cream and yolks. You can eat eggs with toast, gnawing ordipping each of them in a creamy core.
