Young baked potatoes with chanterelles very organically and turns out delicious food fordinner!

Recipe:

  • Small potatoes1 kilo
  • Chanterelle500 grams
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Lemon 0.5 pieces
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • Green Onions45 stalks
  • Sour cream (25% FAT) 2 tablespoons
  • Salt-to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepperto taste

Cooking:

Mushrooms clean, rinse and drain on a towel. Wash Greens, minced. Wash the potatoes with brush. Preheat oven to 356° f.

Put the potatoes in a pan, add the sour cream, stir and Bake until cooked. Peel theonions, cut into semicircles. In a large skillet Saute onion in vegetable oil until golden brown, drain the chanterelles and FRY, stirring occasionally, 1015 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, chopped mushrooms, lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and green onions. Put mushroom baked on top of baked potatoes and serve.
