Baked Pumpkin — easy healthy meals
Pumpkin Peel and seeds, cut into small cubes and pour into greased pan. Add the chopped carrot, onion, tomato and chili (instead of Chile pod, if you don’t like spicy, you can add pounded allspice or a little bit of pepper, which usually add during cooking). Sprinkle with paprika, garlic and vegetables roasted crushed peanuts, sprinkle with oil. Mix everything and even thin layer on roasting dish.
Cook at about 30 minutes 320 F (until soft vegetables). Remove the baking pan, pour over vegetables, soy sauce and stir. Lay out ready-made spawn on banks and cool in the refrigerator.
For canning in the winter it is recommended to sterilize cover covered jars together with caviar, then roll up. Serve as a snack! Very tasty and aromatic!
