Baked Vegetable Chips
That crisp food seems to be people more appetizing, scientists could not prove: we know how to affect the behavior of deep-fried breaded schnitzel and pretzels. Spice: salt & vinegar
1.5 tablespoons white wine vinegar + 1/4 teaspoon salt + 1/4 TSP black pepper
Mix in a suitable Bowl, 3 tablespoons natural Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon sharptomato sauce, such as Harissa and a pinch of salt.
