Banana bread


Banana bread owes its origin especially the bananas themselves. Bananas soldloads and sang all together. When families could not cope with so many bananas and freeze them was impossible, they invented a recycle, adding to the dough.

Bananas quickly becomes mellow and in this State is not particularly desirable,but it is soft and slightly darkened fruits is the best basis for delicious pastries,such as banana bread.


  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ TSP cinnamon
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 large egg
  • 75 ml of curdled milk or whey
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ Cup brown sugar



Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a separate bowl. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, whisk together the sugar, egg whites, and (volume weightshould increase by half). Add the tomatoes crushed by fork bananas, yogurt and butter, whisk at medium speed until smooth. Mixing dough upward, gradually mix the flour with the leavening agent and mix thoroughly.

Heat oven to 356 f. Smear butter rectangular Cake Pan and pour batter into it, levelling the surface. Bake for an hour. Readiness check toothpick.

If you don’t have time to bake today, can be made from mashed ripe bananasand freeze it. It will come in handy not just for cupcakes, but also for other dishes (such as smoothies, baby food and so on).
