Bang Bang Chicken
Bang Bang Chicken is one of the most famous dishes of Sichuan cuisine. Originally, it was called «Broken ljeshan’ski chicken».
- Chicken legs — 2 pieces

Ingredients for sesame sauce:
- Sesame — 100 g
- Sugar — 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil — 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce — 2 tablespoons
- Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice — 1 tablespoon
- Hot peppers
