Basil ice cream

 

Basil ice cream — original dessert with a light, fresh, unusual taste. Perfect refreshing dessert for a hot summer day.

 

Recipe:

  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 glass of 3335% cream
  • 0.5 Cup sugar
  • 1 small package of ice cream spinach
  • a small bunch of Basil
  • 12 cups chopped nuts

 

Cooking:

 Mix the milk with the sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool in the refrigerator. In another saucepan, mix cream and basil. Bring to a boil and allow to stand for 30 minutes at least, and preferably to cool down completely. Spinach to defrost, whip in Blender and strain the juice through a strainer. Connect all three chilled mixture, drain, add nuts, put in a container and put in freezer. If you are using freezer, preferably in the process frezing mix 34 times, not formed pieces of ice.
This is a wonderful ice cream can be served with Salted Caramel
