Recipe:

  • Beef — 500 g
  • Cherry — 100 g
  • Starch — 1 tbsp. l.
  • Black pepper (pepper) — 5 pcs.
  • Bay Leaf — 3 pieces

Salt

  • For the sauce
  • Cherry — 50 g
  • Thyme — 0.5 tsp..
  • Bay Leaf — 3 pieces
  • Black pepper (peas) — 3 pcs.
  • Salt, sugar
  • Balsamic vinegar — 2 tbsp. l.
  • Olive oil — 2 tbsp. l.
  • Lemon juice — 1 tbsp. l.
  • Ginger — 3 slice
  • Chili — 0.5 pc.

For the marinade cherries

  • Cognac — 3 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar — 2 tbsp. l.
  • Chili pepper — 1 pc.

Cooking:
