Beef & Quince Stew

If you do try to implement the recipe Beef & Quince Stew, shalt be rewarded: the meat will come out tender and juicy as ever. Fruit gives the dish a special taste, and your body — vitamin c and fiber.

Recipe for 6 servings:

  • 500 g chopped beef cubes
  • 2 diced Quince without Peel
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 0.5 cups of water
  • 0.5 cups dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • a handful of finely chopped parsley
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • couscous as a side dish

Cooking:

In a large saucepan pour vegetable oil, put onion and FRY until golden brown.Followed by beef, flour, salt and black pepper. Stir, adding water and Quince.

Simmer on very low heat for 23 hours. Five minutes before remove from heat, add dried cranberries and parsley. Serve with couscous.

This stew can be added Marinated mushrooms. Be just wonderful!
