Beetroot pudding is a wonderful vegetable recipes! You can very easy to prepare tasty nutritious meals


  • Boiled beetroot — 500 g
  • Orange — 2 pieces
  • Ground cinnamon — 4 teaspoons
  • Fresh ginger 4 teaspoons
  • eggs — 2 pieces
  • Finely ground corn — 100 g
  • Sugar — 100 g
  • Vanilla sugar — 2 tbsp
  • Zest 1 orange
  • Baking powder — 2 teaspoons
  • Wheat flour — 150 g
  • Olive oi l— 170 g
  • Baking soda — 1 tsp
  • Crust of rye bread


Beets, boiled with bread crust grind in a blender until smooth. Add the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla pods, grated ginger, olive oil, corn flour, baking powder, cinnamon and grated orange zest. Mix everything.

In the received mix fill in with juice 1 orange. Whip the whites and send in the dough. Form for baking parchment cover, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with flour. Send in the preheated to 356 F oven for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, sugar and proteins on top to decorate the currants.
