For cooking frappe one can use any fruit and vegetables, including frozen. In this case they are not thawed and cooked mash without addition of ice.

The main advantages of this drink is that the drink perfectly tones up and refreshes in the extreme heat!

Ingredients:

  • blueberries — 300 g
  • Raspberry — 250 g
  • Oranges — 200 g

Cooking:

Beat the berries in a blender to puree, then skip the pulp through a sieve.

Ice crush. Add berries for fresh orange juice and ice, stir and serve.
