Berry Tart

Berry Tart

 

Today we serve a wonderful Berry tart, tender taste which, emphasising the sourness Black Berry and complements the flavor of vanilla. It only remains to BREW coffee or tea and enjoy!

 

Dough into 2 portions (2 tart):

  • 250 g butter
  • 40 g almond flour
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 12 tablespoon of ice water
  • 400 g flour
  • 175 g sugar

 

Toppings:

  • 1/4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3/4 tbsp sugar
  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tbsp Matcha
  • vanilla
  • 4 egg yolks
  • pinch of salt
  • lime, Blueberry, BlackBerry

 

Cooking:

Blender in the Bowl mix butter, sugar, almond flour, flour, salt, vanilla. Pulsating movements to bring to the State. Add the egg, egg yolk and water if necessary. As soon as the dough starts to come in, to form a ball, wrap in foil and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
 The form greased with oil. Half of the dough roll out between two layers of cling film, moved to form the excess removed. Put a form with test in the freezerfor 1520 minutes. Oven Preheat to 356 f. shape dough put a piece of paper, top fill dry peas or beans. Bake 22 minutes with the beans, then remove and keep the pie in the oven for another 10 minutes until cooked through. Cool.

For cream tea, pour 2 tablespoons boiling water. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 tbspof sugar and 1/2 tbsp milk, add egg yolks and stir well. Pour the remaining milk in a small ladle, pour remaining sugar and vanilla and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and thin stream at constant stirring, add to the mixture with the egg. All poured back into the ladle and cook at constant stirring over low heat until boiling and thickened. Remove from heat, add tea and butter. Stir, cover with cling film and chill.

Chilled cream onto a readily available basis tart, good level and decorate to your liking. Let stand in refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
