Cakes Peaches


Cakes peaches-very elegant, delicious pastries, ideal for children’s parties.

Cookies turns out tender and crumbly. Sweet Dulce de leche sauce filled with cream cheese, a small amount of rum and crushed biscuits. It is a combination ofabsolutely delicious. Cakes are made very simple, so don’t be afraid and try to cook them.

Cooking time: 2:00


For cookies:

  • 400 grams of butter
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1.5 kg flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • For garnish fresh mint

For the stuffing:

  • 250 grams of soft cream cheese (mascarpone)
  • 400 milliliters of Dulce de leche sauce (condensed milk)
  • ½ tablespoon rum
  • 300 grams of crushed biscuits (crumb)

Orange dye:

Fresh carrot juice

  • 1 glass of milk
  • 50 drops of yellow food coloring
  • 2 drops red food coloring

Red dye:

Fresh beet juice
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 20 drops yellow food coloring
  • 60 drops of Red food coloring


Razogrela oven to 356 f. dripping Pan lay a sheet of parchment paper.

Using a mixer combine sugar, softened butter, eggs and vanilla. Separately, mix the flour and baking powder. Then add this mixture to the dough and intermixed to homogeneity.

Using a tablespoon form of dough balls and arrange them on the baking sheet,parchment paper, sent at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes.

A small knife with a thin blade to cut a circle from the bottom of the flat part of the cookie. It is very important to be extremely careful, because the cookies are very delicate and can easily break and be crumbled with, if not act carefully.


Mix sweet Dulce de leche sauce (boiled condensed milk) and creamy soft cheese (mascarpone). Pour the rum (rum is not needed) and add shredded leftover cookies.

Assembling cakes

Using a small spoon fill the inner parts of each cookie. Put two cookies togetherand gently pressed.

Take three small saucers pour sugar in one of them, and in two other pour vegetable juice. Dip cake in Orange and red juice, creating a rosy peaches, and at the end of the roll in the Sahara. Thanks to liquid sugar well sticks to a pastry.

Put cake on baking tray, containing aluminium foil and leave to dry for one hour. The color will be more bright and clear.

Before serving garnish with cookie leaves of fresh mint, placing it in the center of each peach.
