Caramel Chocolate truffles

- 100 g dark chocolate
- 80 g milk chocolate
- 30 g cocoa powder
- a sachet of vanilla sugar
- 60 g sugar
- 20 g butter
- 100 ml cream 33—35% fat
In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour vanilla and simple sugar, add 1 teaspoon of water and cook caramel golden brown. It is important to not overexpose the fire, otherwise it will appear bitter. Remove from heat and immediately pour the cream. Good and fast stir, add butter and chocolate, broken in pieces. Let until the mixture is smooth and glossy. Optionally you can melt the chocolateseparately and pour into caramel.
Put the chocolate mixture in the refrigerator for at least 4—5 hours. Using teaspoon roll balls, about the size of a walnut and roll in cocoa powder. Ready candy is best stored in the refrigerator. From this quantity of ingredients is produced 15—20 pieces.
