Cardamom panna cotta

Cardamom panna cotta is an Italian dessert cream, which are usually served together with berries, fruits and sweet sauce.

Ingredients of 4 servings:

  • 10 cardamom pods (grain pull out of the boxes)
  • 250 g whole baked milk
  • 250 g cream by 33%
  • 80 g light brown sugar (in principle, be less dpzhe put as served with jam)
  • 13 g leaf gelatine
  • 4 tsp rose petal jam

Cooking:

In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the milk and add the cardamom (corn + boxes), bring to a boil over medium heat. Switch off and leave to infuse for 15 minutes under the lid.

Milk drain and return to the saucepan. In a saucepan with the milk add the cream and sugar and heat nearly to boiling over medium heat. Boil is not necessary.

Gelatin soak for 15 minutes in cold water, wring out and add it to the hot milk mixture. Stir to gelatin is completely dissolved.

The resulting mixture pour into cups and send in the refrigerator overnight to complete solidification.

Before serving, decorate jam from rose petals.

I did in silicone molds to remove the panna cotta, just walked a sharp thin knife along the edge and then «squeezed» them on a plate. If you are doing in the ceramic, we must also walk along the edge of a knife and put it in hot water for a few seconds, then shake if it is clear that the panna cotta a little moving away from the edges, invert onto a plate. If you can not be removed, again in hot water, but it does not need to overdo it, to not much panna cotta melted.

This perfect dessert can be used for a romantic dinner, as well as Vynilnoe ice cream
