I present to you a very easy-toprepare and unusual flavor to the dish — Cashew Nut Chicken


  • Chicken fillet — 500 g
  • The stalk of celery — 3 pieces
  • Bulgarian pepper — 1 piece
  • Chili pepper — 1 piece
  • Starch — 1 tbsp
  • Cashews — 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar — 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame oil
  • Spices: dried ginger and your favorite spices
  • Vinegar


Chicken fillet cut into cubes with a side of 2 cm and marinate for 22 minutes in two tablespoons of soy sauce. Stalk celery cleaned and cut into strips. Pepper peel and cut diamonds — everything has to be about the same size. Chicken sprinkled with starch and mix.

Heat the oil in a wok, put it in chili peppers that were less urgent, because it is possible to remove the seeds and fry for 30 seconds. Put the chicken, fry over high heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Add celery and bell pepper, add to the tip of a knife seasoning «5 spice» and ground ginger, mix.

On a dry frying pan fry the cashew nuts and add them to the wok. Pour into wok 2 tablespoons soy sauce, drip vinegar, add sugar and about 100 g of boiling hot water, sprinkle with sesame oil, mix well, simmer for two more minutes. Serve with rice perfectly.
