Ingredients for two servings:

- Demi Glace dry (mushroom concentrate) — 10 g

- Cream 33% — 150 g
Eggplant and tomatoes cut into slices 5 mm thick. Eggplants need salt and leave for a few minutes to left bitterness. Eggplant FRY in a pan with two sides.
Alternating tomatoes and aubergines, spread on a baking tray to the meat, sprinkle with crushed garlic, Rosemary and mozzarella.
