Chateaubriand steak — King is truly a luxury dish. Prepared from the beef filet,usually takes the middle of the tenderloin.
There are several types of cooking. You can fry a piece of fillet and then in the oven briefly Grill yet.   • Cream 33— 150 g

 

Cooking:

Fry the beef on both sides during 45 minutes. Salt, pepper, and send in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 356° f. Optimal State of fried foodlightgolden crust and juicy inside. This effect can be achieved when frying at low temperatures.

Eggplant and tomatoes cut into slices 5 mm thick. Eggplants need salt and leave for a few minutes to left bitterness. Eggplant FRY in a pan with two sides.

Alternating tomatoes and aubergines, spread on a baking tray to the meat, sprinkle with crushed garlic, Rosemary and mozzarella.

Until the meat and vegetables to reach readiness, make sauce with mushrooms. Cut small cubes and FRY mushrooms and onions in the end pour cream. Short while the sauce until thickened.

Beef cut into thin slices, add vegetables, pour mushroom sauce. Decorate top of chopped Greens.

To this wonderful steak with vegetables can be added Cantaloupe and grilled cheese Salad
