I offer you a simple and non complicated recipe amazingly delicious Cheese Buns. They are very soft and lush. Cakes you can make with a sweet filling, but you can bake without it.

Ingredients for 12 pieces:

Dough:

  • 180 g of yoghurt
  • 120 g butter (soft)
  • 50 grams of vegetable oil
  • 420 g flour
  • 15 g (3 hrs. L.) Baking powder
  • 1 h. L. salt
  • salt (depending on the salinity of the selected cheese)

Filling:

  • 240 g of white cheese
  • A few sprigs of parsley
  • 1 protein (egg yolk used for lubrication)

Cooking:

Mix well all the products to the test. It is soft, flexible, easy to exhaust the hands. Cheese mash with a fork. Add chopped parsley, protein and salt. Stir. Dough and filling shape round cakes. Put on the laid parchment baking. Lubricate yolk. Bake at 356 F for 30 minutes. Let cool on a lattice.

These buns are very well prepared for breakfast, and will be a perfect complement to Chicken Pot Pie
