Cherry Tartlets

 

Cherry tartlets recipe does not require large quantities of ingredients and simple in execution. Baking delicious looks and pleasant to the taste. They can be a great addition to the holiday table.

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes for preparation of dough and toppings + 30 min -1 hour for cooling dough + 35-40 minutes for cakes

15 tartlets

Mince dough:

  • 260 g flour
  • 100 g cold butter
  • 8 tablespoons yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • or you can use a ready-made shortcrust pastry

 

Tartlet toppings:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 art. Spoon flour
  • 4 art. Spoon vanilla or regular sugar
  • 120 ml cream (from 26 to 33% FAT)
  • 250300 g cherries or cherry (remove bones)
  • butter for greasing cookie cutters
  • flour for prisypanija cookie cutters and sheeting

 

Cooking:

Beat in a blender or food processor the flour, cold butter (cut in pieces), sugar, baking powder and salt until crumbs. Add the yogurt and stir to homogeneity.Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and ship in the fridge for 3060minutes.

Moulds for tartlets with butter and sprinkle with flour. Roll out dough on floured surface covered with the thick layer of 45 mm. Cut out the dough circles with a diameter of slightly larger diameter of cookie cutters. Put them in the moulds and put on the wall, nakalyvaem with a fork in several places and poured on top of the cargo (peas, beans or peas for baking). Bake in preheated 356 F oven 1015 minutes.

For the filling, egg yolks, half the sugar, flour and cream whip with mixer untilcomplete dissolution of sugar.
