Chicken muffins with quail eggs delicious meat recipes that can be prepared at the holiday table.

Based on minced meat baked in cupcakes form. As stuffingquail eggs, thanks to them, the cupcakes look beautifulIf you don’t have a form for small cupcakes, stuffing can be made from regularmeatballs, putting in the middle of quail eggs.

Recipe:

  • Chicken meat 500 g
  • Onions — 2 pieces
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Quail eggs for 10 pcs.
  • Herbs (dill)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking:

Boil 6 quail eggs, cool and clean. Chicken meat mince together with garlic and onions, salt, pepper to taste. Beat 4 eggs and quail ready to add to the stuffing, mix well and give stand 20 minutes. Prepare a form for baking muffins.

Preheat the oven to 360 F.

Spread the stuffing, filling half of the mold, then put finely ground dill and quail egg on top and close the meat. Bake for 40 minutes.
