Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken thigh with skin
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 34 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Salt
  • 24 major Champignon
  • a few sprigs of thyme
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • black pepper

 

Cooking:

Mix salt, freshly ground black pepper, dried herbs of your choice (with chickenperfectly natural bedfellows, including a mix of almost any kind of Provencal herbs) and paprika (take equally sweet and spicy or only acute, if like it hot) andrub this mixture of chicken thighs from all sides. Slice the vegetables small chunks, put in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, add the thyme leaves and bay leaf and stir with your hands.

Since this is a recipe for beginners, it is worth to notice, that you can bake chicken any vegetables that you have or that you like, including potatoes. In addition, you can splash 0,5 glass fault or add a little tomato, which will report the same sauce flavor notes.

Put the vegetables chicken thighs skin up and put in the oven, preheated to 395 F, for 40 minutes, and then turn on the grill with fan and cook for another 57 minutes until the emergence of a crispy golden crust. When the chicken with vegetables is ready, put it on a plate and generously pour the juices, the level of stock at the bottom of the form.

PS: having mastered this easy recipe in its original form, try to put the form with the vegetables in the oven for 3040 minutes extra, and then spread on top of chicken: so vegetables better baked, allowing them to acquire more interesting and rich taste.
