Chocolate mousse


To prepare chocolate mousse you can use white chocolate, but then you need to put half the sugar. I decided to arrange the mousse in small coffee cups-you can taste the delicacy not worrying about your waistline!

Ingredients for 4 servings



  • black chocolate — 200 g
  • chicken egg — 4 pieces
  • sea salt — 1 pinch
  • sugar — 80 g
  • Cream — 150 ml
  • vanilla — 1 pod


The proteins separate from the yolks. Beat egg yolks with sugar, put in a lot of creamy chocolate and stir. Proteins with a pinch of salt whisk in a solid foam.

Melt chocolate in a water bath. Vanilla pod cut lengthwise with a sharp knife, remove the seeds and drop them into the cream. Pour the cream with the vanilla in the melted chocolate.

Connect proteins with chocolate mass and stir again. Spoon mousse into a deep bowl in which you submit it, or individual molds, cups and place in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
