Cottage cheese marshmallows

 Marshmallows with the taste and flavour of blackcurrant will not leave anyone indifferent — refined taste and gentle aroma will make your tea party perfect!

Ingredients:

  • curd 9% — 400 g
  • gelatine — 15 g
  • milk 3.2% — 120 ml
  • powdered sugar — 50 g
  • Blackcurrant — 50 g

Cooking:

Beat cheese until smooth. Frozen currant pour over boiling water, grind through a sieve.

Add the curd frayed berries, sugar and gelatin dissolved in the milk. Stir and cool its weight within 10 minutes.
Then transfer to a cooking bag. Squeeze on a baking zefirinki and send another hour in the refrigerator.
