Another variation on the popular combination of crab and avocado. Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g crab meat
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • a few sprigs of cilantro and green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • black pepper

 

Cooking:

Peel avocado and cut into small dice. Also clean the Peel cucumber, slice and dice of the same size. Thinly slice a couple sprigs of green onion, add the avocado and cucumber, pour olive oil and lime juice, season with salt and pepper, stir and set aside.

In a mortar or blender turn in homogeneous mush a few sprigs of cilantro andgarlic, then mix the mush in mayonnaise.

Cut a couple of thick, centimeter, circles of tomato and place on plates. On each slice of tomato place half the mixture of avocado and cucumber (the easiest way to do this is by using the culinary ring).
