Sauce, without which I can’t imagine neither duck nor Turkey, no chicken. Absolutely ingenious sauce to the meat! It is better to take fresh cranberries, but fits and frozen. Recipe:

  • Cranberry350 g
  • 200 g sugar
  • cherry liqueur 3 tablespoons

Cooking:

Mix all ingredients, pour 75 ml water and send in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Cover and simmer.

As soon as the cranberry exploded and became a homogeneous mass (usually10 minutes), and add the sauce, if necessary, a little more sugar or orange juice.

Warm the sauce for another 510 minutes, then turn off the fire, and send cooled sauce in the fridge.
