Today I present a simple dish — Creamy Sauce Chicken, which you can cook for 1520 minutes and take a job as lunch. The proposed option will add fresh vegetables and Greens, or a delicious salad with them.



  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 34 green onions pen
  • 230 g of sour cream, any fat
  • salt and black pepper to taste



In the original recipe chicken breast fried in butter, but I decided to bake themin the oven first, then send in the sauce. It turned out no less tasty and more useful.

So, push chicken breasts slightly counter it, salt, pepper, drizzle with a little oil and send in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 390410 (F).

Until the chicken is cooked, sink on Pan butter, add back half finely chopped green onion, fry it literally 30 seconds and add sour cream. Salt and pepper sauce to taste, simmer 5 minutes and shoot from fire.

When the chicken is ready, send again the sauce on fire and post it in the breast. Cover and simmer 5 minutes to poultry soaked in sauce. Then post on the plate, shower cream sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining half of choppedgreen onions.
