Cucumber & Beet Cacık

Cucumber & Beet Cacık — this lightweight cold soup based on yogurt or buttermilk with cucumber and Greens. I want to offer you the original recipe for Cacık with the addition of boiled beets, which makes the flavor and color of the soup just phenomenal!

Recipe is very simple and time costs ridiculously minimal.

 

Recipe:

  • Yogurt (buttermilk)2 liters
  • Boiled beetroot1 tremendous tuber
  • Cucumber12 pieces
  • Hard-boiled eggs3 pieces
  • Dill, parsley, chives, freshin 1 bundle
  • 12 garlic cloves
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking:

Grate the beets. Eggs, Peel and cut into cubes. Cucumber, chopped Greens. Crush the garlic and chop with a knife. All folded into a pot, pour cold yogurt. Salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.

You can cook differently. All of the above ingredients, grind in a blender and serve soup in the beautiful glasses.
