  • 500 gr. unleavened unsweetened yogurt (Greek yogurt 2%) or sour cream
  • 3-4 large cloves of garlic
  • 1 large cucumber or several small
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste

Grate the cucumber thoroughly washed on a coarse grater. If he has a rough skin, it is best to pre-clear.
