Cuttlefish Ink Spaghetti with Mussels
Recipe for 2 servings:
- 500 g mussels
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small chili pepper
- 3—4 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 250 ml dry white wine
- 200—250 g spaghetti with ink cuttlefish
Mussels in the shells soak in water several hours, rinse away sand, clear, broken and exposed shells thrown away. Put to cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted boiling water (8—10 minutes). Until the spaghetti is cooked, in a large skillet,heat olive oil, add finely chopped onions, chili pepper and 2 garlic cloves. Cook, stirring, a few minutes until softened.
