Recipe:

  • 1 kg of non-fat cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. l. semolina

  • 1 tbsp. l. honey

Cooking:

Divide the eggs in a mixer, start whipping with a pinch of salt. We add 3 tbsp. l. semolina and continue beating on low speed. You can add a few drops of vanilla extract and 1 tbsp. l. honey.

Small portions begin to add cottage cheese and continue beating. At the end we add the cranberries and finish whisking.

The oven is heated to 360 ° F. Spread on our mini molds for cupcakes. You can bake one shortcake, and then chilled pudding cut into squares. Bake 40 minutes.
