Duck Spring Roll — exotic dish, which is served in the best Oriental restaurants. But you can prepare your own meals at home and surprise your loved ones quick cooking recipes.

Recipe for 68 servings:

  • 200 g smoked duck fillet
  • 100 g red cabbage
  • 50 g butter
  • 8 sheets of rice paper
  • 1 handful of cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of warm water
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • few feathers green onions

Cooking:

Duck fillet disassemble on fiber. Shred the cabbage, pripustite in a pan in butter until soft, add cranberries. Dissolve in warm water oyster sauce with soy, pour this refills to cabbage and vyparivajte liquid for several minutes.
