Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 fish weighing 600800 g
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml white wine
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Cooking:

Clean the fish, remove the entrails and gills, make cuts on the sides and season with salt and pepper inside and out. Start the belly fish parsley and lemon wedges, and place it in a baking dish or on a baking tray. Pour white wine and put on top of chopped tomatoes, onions and garlic cloves.

Bake fish with tomatoes in the oven for 20 minutes at 390 F and then serve with lemon wedges, garnished with parsley.
