Each of us at least once frequented the fast-food restaurants — fast foods. Their food is tempting with its aroma, sharp and intense flavor, lots of sauces and, of course, harmful additives and fats.

We offer homemade burger recipe with fish — absolutely safe and very tasty dishes. No concentrates and harmful fats, but its tested ingredients. That sandwich is not afraid to treat the child, it is convenient to take on the road. Rich taste of fish, fresh vegetables and mustard cream sauce — perfect for breakfast, a picnic or a theme party!

After cooking, you get 6 servings

Preparation time: 20 minutes



  • Bun — 6 pieces
  • minced fish — 400 g
  • vegetable oil — 1 tablespoons
  • Tomato — 3 pieces
  • cucumbers — 3 pieces
  • sour cream — 6 tablespoons
  • soy sauce — 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil — 1 tsp
  • mustard — 1 tsp
  • paprika — 1/2 tsp
  • salt — to taste
  • salad leaves — 6-7 pieces



To begin preparing fish cakes — take the finished fish mince, salt, warm up the oil and fry for 4 minutes on each side. Cook the sauce for burgers — mix sour cream with mustard, oil and soy sauce. Add the paprika and mix thoroughly. Each bun cut in half. Cut the tomatoes. Cucumbers cut into rings. Getting to assemble burgers — the lower part of the rolls lubricates the sauce, put the lettuce and cucumbers. Further, fish cake, tomato sauce and spoon again. Just served on the table.
