We have not really taken to prepare grilled fish picnics, because many people think that it is complicated. Actually this is not the case, and there is a very simple and delicious recipes. Some of them I want to share with you.


Grilled fish with lemon, butter and Mint

One of the easiest recipes ever come across me in the eyes!



juice of one lemon, 1/2 cup olive oil, pinch of salt, 4 large sheets of mint (chopped) 1 large clove garlic, a few pieces of cod or other white fish.

Grilled fish with citrus crust
