Fish Kebabs


For such fish kebabs fit halibut or sturgeon. Serve them roasted potatoes or a green salad.



Ingredients for 2 servings

  • White thick fish700 g
  • lime1 piece
  • parsley1 bundle
  • plum sauce 3 tablespoons
  • olive oil3 tbsp
  • black pepper freshly ground1 pinch
  • sea salt1 pinch



Wooden sticks for barbecue soak in water. Fish wash, dry with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. Chop the parsley. Squeeze of lime juice.

Lay the fish in a plastic container with a lid, sprinkle parsley, drizzle with half of the lime juice, add plum sauce (or other suitable for fish), salt and pepper, mix things up and leave to marinate for approximately 40 minutes. Strung on each stick for barbecue on 3 pieces of fish and grilled until cooked.

Sprinkle with remaining skewers lime juice and olive oil.

Garnish for this fish dish is suitable Cantaloupe and grilled cheese Salad
