Here is everything you need — fresh vegetables, tender, juicy fish, and even a glass of wine, which is sent to parchment, and the rest you can order for its intended purpose.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g white fish fillets (or whole fish, with which you deftly cut Fillet)
  • 46 medium carrots
  • 23 sticks of celery
  • 1/2 fennel bulbs
  • a handful of peas
  • a couple of handfuls of broccoli
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml dry white wine
  • a few sprigs of thyme
  • butter
  • 1/2 tsp rose pepper
  • 1/4 TSP fennel seeds
  • Salt
  • black pepper



Season Sirloin freshly ground pink and black pepper, fennel seeds and salt on both sides, if desired, sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.
