Fish soup


Fish soup — delicious and easy to prepare food. Firstly, for cooking fish soup is suitable for almost any fish and river and sea. And secondly, all the remaining ingredients are chosen exclusively according to your taste: soup can add flour, various cereals, vegetables, spices and even wine.


For four servings

  • 4 sea bream (approximately 500 g each), without scales, cleared of offal and bones and roughly chopped
  • 750 ml chicken broth
  • 400 g of any mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 g of fresh ginger
  • 50 ml unsalted soy sauce
  • 50 ml of Thai fish sauce
  • 10 stalks of lemongrass (lemongrass), chopped
  • 2 handfuls of Chinese cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • 1 handful of finely chopped green onions
  • 1 handful of finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 lime


Pour broth into a large saucepan and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat, add the soy and fish sauce, ginger, lemongrass and chili. Let cook for 10 minutes. Then remove the pan from the stove and put somewhere on 30 minutes — let the broth fed with all possible flavors.

Now strain the broth — should remain only fragrant manure.
Bring a saucepan on the stove and heat on high again Shall the broth to a boil. Boil? Throw him a fish, Chinese cabbage and mushrooms. Vary 5 minutes.
