If you have decided to prepare a meal that is high in protein, then note the recipe a simple fish stew with squid and chickpeas, which combines the main criteria of an ideal dinner: speed in preparation, benefits and a terrific taste.



  • 400 g white fish fillets
  • 200 g cleaned squid carcasses
  • 90 g onion
  • 150 g of sweet pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 300 g cooked chickpeas
  • 700 ml tomatoes in own juice
  • 40 ml dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
  • 115 ml water or fish broth



The chickpeas have to take care in advance. Washed chickpeas better dunk even in the morning, then boil until tender. Save time help canned chickpeas or other beans to taste.
