Fruit Yoghurt Dessert

Recipe:

  • Yogurt400 ml
  • Cottage cheese (9% fat)200 g
  • Banana1 piece
  • Kiwi2 pieces
  • Honey3 teaspoons
  • Cinnamon2 g
  • Walnuts30 g
  • Spinach juice1 teaspoons

Cooking:

Rub through sieve cottage cheese. Beat in a blender yogurt cheese, frayed, honey, cinnamon until smoothPeel and slice banana and Kiwi. Finely chop or grind in a blender
