Ginger Beef is an excellent basis for any culinary manipulations. Add fresh vegetables to the meat to taste a bit of noodles and get Stier-FRY. This beef is good in itself, laid on top of the rice or just filed along with a salad.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g beef pulp
  • 120 ml of water
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • pinch chili flakes
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • green onion for filing

Cooking:
