Ginger cookies — Christmas recipe

- 1 egg
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 110 g sugar
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon soda

- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
For the glaze:
- 150 g icing sugar
- 1 protein
