Recipe:

  • Ginger root
  • Water
  • Honey
  • Lemon
  • Mint
  • Cayenne pepper

Cooking:

Take fresh ginger root and clean it, remove the skin. Slice the ginger to thin slices.

Ginger tea can be prepared in different ways. You can put in a cup of ginger peeled and pour boiling water over, cover and allow to soak. Then add a slice of lemon, mint, honey (only in warm tea) and a little pepper.

And you can cook and the second way.
