Grapefruit tea

 

This useful and incredibly delicious  tea lift your mood and give energy for the whole day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 — 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 tsp allspice (whole pea)
  • fresh grapefruit, cinnamon sticks to decorate
  • Optionally, you can add 2-3 thin slices of ginger root

Cooking:

Mix in a saucepan all ingredients, bring to a boil over medium heat. Strain

Pour into cups and garnish with cinnamon sticks or slices of fresh grapefruit.
