You love liver, but don’t know how to Cook, so it was soft and tender? I am ready to share my secrets with you, so you can enjoy these delicious and very useful product.



  • Boiled beet — 200 g
  • Chicken liver — 350 g
  • Walnuts — 200 g
  • Lettuce — 100 g

 for the sauce:

  • Sesame seeds — 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice — 50 g
  • Pepper, salt — to taste
  • Mustard — 1 tsp..
  • Olive oil — 100 g
  • Herbs for decoration — thyme, basil


Boil the beets and fry the liver. Boiled beets cut into cubes, fried liver — julienne, chop the walnuts. Lettuce break into large pieces. All the ingredients are put in layers.

Then mix the oil with the lemon juice and sesame seeds, add the mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Prepare the sauce to pour salad. On top decorate with thyme or basil.
