Green Peas & Avocado Hummus


Green Peas & Avocado Hummus pleasant and delicious opening this season. Appetizer turns out incredibly tasty and hearty and very harmoniously with goat cheese.

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 400 g of peeled fresh or frozen green peas
  • 3 tablespoons sesame paste tehina (its easy to prepare at home, was ground in a coffee grinder previously dried on the fire in a dry frying pan Sesame andadd a little olive oil)
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 avocado
  • juice of half a lemon
  • Salt
  • black pepper optional
  • Mint if desired




In a saucepan or skillet flushing with the addition of butter 2 tablespoons olive oil and sugar spoons. Serve with baked goat cheese in pita bread or cereal bread for toasting. If you wish you can Sprinkle chopped mint.

Hummus can be spread on a tasty Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Cheese Bread and get excellent breakfast.
