It seems like I have a new favorite snacks in the world. These bruschetta easier and faster just to cook from frozen green peas, which means you can eat themall year, enjoying the crispy croutons with bright green filling. The natural sweetness of the young peas, slightly piquant taste of mint, absolutely wonderful invention. These bruschetta can be submitted at the beginning of a large lunch or for a quick snack outdoors, they perfectly match with the white wine and adjust on a spring. In General, I’m tired of their praise, so read the recipe.

Difficulty — low

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for 46 servings:

for brusketta:

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 34 cloves garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil

for the puree of green pea and Mint:

  • 500 g frozen green peas
  • a few sprigs of mint
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Cooking:

First prepare the bruschetta, for which you need a ciabatta or any other white bread in a rustic style, i.e. with a crispy crust and a porous Crumb. Of course, you can use an ordinary toaster or oven, but I like most the other way. Cut chiabattu into slices about 1 cm thick, sprinkle a little olive oil on both sides and FRY on hot grill or pan Grill: so the bread will bake and become crispy on the outside but remain soft and airy inside. Remove the slices from the grill and rub a slice of garlic in each of them.

Add the frozen peas in a pot with boiling salted water in a minute and drain peas douse cold water to it quickly cooled off, retaining bright Emerald color. Add the chopped Mint, crushed garlic, juice of half a lemon, a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and blend until allBlender to a coarse consistency, which will reflect the texture of green peas.

Here, actually, and all: green pea purée spread on slices of bread, pour drinks and enjoy life. These bruschetta picnic you — just put the pea puree in a separatecontainer, and bring a fried bread (if desired, however, you can fry it, already ensconced in the bosom of nature).
